Returns
General
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us right away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Returning the item, you have and making a new purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to make sure you get what you want.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Despite the foregoing, you have the right, for any reason and without justification, to cancel or return your order within 14 days if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union. As mentioned above, the item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Refunds
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
